Job – Notification – Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level Exam

A Combined Graduate Level Exam notification is released to fill up different posts in Central Government with Bachelors Degree eligibility.  Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is conducting this examination.

Eligibility                    :           Any Degree from any affiliated University

Selection Procedure    :           Written test in two levels with computer proficiency test/

Interview/ Skill Test based on the post.

Posts (which needed interview cum personality tests):  Pay Scale : Rs. 9,300 – 13,800/- +GP

Assistant in Central Secretariat Services, Central Vigilance Commission, Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Railway, Ministry of External Affairs, AFH, Other Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations, Inspector of Income Tax in CDBT, Inspector in CEBC.

Central Excise, Preventive Officer, Examiner in Directorate of Enforcement – Assistant Enforcement Officer in Department of Revenue, SI in CBI, Inspector of Posts in Department of Post, Divisional Accountant in the offices of CAG region, Statistical Investigator Grade-2 in M/Statistics & Programme Implementation, Inspector in Central Bureau of Narcotics.

Posts (which don’t needed interview cum personality tests):  Pay Scale : Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- +GP

Auditors in the offices of C & AG, CGDA, CGA regions; Accountant/ Junior Accountant in the offices of C & AG, CGA & other regions; UDC in the offices of Central Government, Ministry Branches, which is not in the cadre of CSCS; Tax Assistants in CBDT, CBEC; Compiler in Registrar General of India; SI in Central Bureau of Narcotics.

Higher Age Limit                    :           26 years for Statistical Investigator Grade-2 Posts

                                                            27 years for Assistant/ Sub Inspector posts in CBI.

                                                            26 years for other Posts

Exam Fee                                :           Rs. 100/- (No fee for SC/ST/Ex-Service Man)

in the form of IPO/ Challan

Exam Dates                             :           First Level Exams will be held on 14^th & 21^st April, 2013

                                                            Second Level Exams will be held on 20^th & 21^st July, 2013

Second Level Exams (Personality/ Interview/ Computer Proficiency/ Skill Test/ Document Verification & Descriptive/ Online Tests)will be held based on the post.
