Scholarship announced by www.licindia.in (LIC Golden Jubilee Scholarships) for EBC candidates

Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India is announced scholarships throughout India and inviting application from the eligible candidates, who studying higher education and belonging to economically backward classes.

Details of Scholarship:

The LIC gives 20 scholarships (10 for men and 10 for women)

Eligibility:

1.       Diploma in any discipline like Medicine, Engineering, Graduation

2.       The candidates, who satisfy the guidelines given below and who studying vocational courses (ITI) in Govt. Institutions are eligible.

Guidelines:

1.       Intermediate pass during the year 2012-13 with at least 60% of marks.  The parent’s annual income should not be exceed of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

2.       For ITI/ Vocational courses studying students:   10^th Class pass during the year 2012-13 with at least 60% of marks.  The parent’s annual income should not be exceed of Rs. 1,00,000/-.
